     Parents, carers, family and community members can help in may ways such as:

All parents, carers, family and community members must first attain a 'CLGPS Accredited Volunteer' status before they can regularly volunteer for any of the above mentioned occasions.

The steps involved in acheiving this are:

  1. Hold a current 'Working with Childrens Check' (WWCC). If not, please apply HERE
  2. Register a PLINK account, sign in and complete the 'RRHAN-EC Fundamentals' and 'Volunteer General Induction' training. Print both Certificates of Completion and submit to office administration staff to receive 'Volunteer Application' documents.

  3. Complete and submit 'Volunteer Application' documents to office administration staff and book into an 'Onsite Volunteer Training Session'.

  4. Attend the Onsite Volunteer Training Session, ensure you endors the sign-in sheet to receive your 'CLGPS Accredited Volunteer' certificate.

Online Volunteer Training Sessions

Volunteers will need to create a PLink account and log-in to complete their RRHAN-EC Fundamentals training and the Volunteer General Induction coarse. 

On completion of each online training session a link to download a Certificate of Completion will be provided.

Onsite Volunteer Training Sessions

Onsite training sessions conducted by a leadership/staff member of CLGPS and run for approx. 45 minutes.

You can check available dates for these training sessions on the home page of this website (if no dates are currently shown, please register your interest with office administraion staff).

Due to COVID restrictions session numbers are strictly capped.
